HitFit is a High Intensity is a program designed with boxing, cardio workouts and weight training to reach your full potential. If you like to be challenged this is the class for you. This class utilises the High Intensity Interval Training techniques to give you the ultimate workout. With fully qualified martial arts and fitness Instructors to teach you correct form, you will love the motivating and fun atmosphere.
