  • Edge High Intensity

    High Intensity is a program designed with boxing, cardio workouts and weight training to reach your full potential. If you like to be challenged this is the class for you. This class utilises the High Intensity Interval Training techniques to give you the ultimate workout. With fully qualified martial arts and fitness Instructors to teach you correct boxing and striking techniques, you will love the motivating and fun atmosphere.

  • Edge Kickboxing

    Kickboxing is a high energy, fun and motivating workout. The best way to get fit and release stress is by smashing pads and loving life. Learn basic blocking and self defence skills as you increase your speed and confidence at Edge.
